My son saw Dr. Swee today at Emerson Dental in Bedford, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hygienist, Stacey, was warm, kind, and immediately came over to greet us as soon as we arrived. She was so child-centered and knew exactly how to motivate my son and help him feel safe and comfortable at the dentist. Every single person we interacted with was patient and thoughtful. They do such a wonderful job creating a calm, positive environment for kids. It was truly the best pediatric dental experience we’ve ever had, and we’re so grateful for this team. We’re already looking forward to bringing our daughter here when it’s her turn!

Competence and compassion are their hallmarks. This dental group knows how to deal with the technical details and also handles customers well, building rational, honest care plans. I am an emergency customer that was on travel, and their handling of my crown failure was just seamless!

Wow! I highly highly recommend Emerson dental! I have always had anxiety around going to the dentist and the staff. There is so wonderful and kind T took me on a tour, Introduced me to people made me feel grounded. I got my cleaning today from Krissy and she was so gentle and thorough and made the whole experience feel so great! She took the time to explain to me what she was doing, paused in between the cleaning to make sure I wasn’t sore and I was OK And I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. An excellent addition to the Bedford community!

I was referred to Emerson Dental and I will most defiantly refer people to them. Kaitlyn Ashley and Dr Malas are kind and really made me feel at ease with the dental work I have to do. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Myself and the whole family have been receiving excellent treatment at Emerson Dental for 26 years! The service is 5 star with a very modern and friendly facility. They use the latest high tech dental equipment and always a very friendly customer service. The extra touches of aquiriums in every treatment area and musics in the background makes it a comforting experience.

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The dental hygienist was wonderful—kind, professional, and attentive. The dentist took great care of me, addressed my issue thoroughly, and made sure I had the appropriate follow-up care arranged. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit. This was my first time visiting the Emerson Dental practices & Dr. Malas & staff were truly a rare find in the dental industry! They went above and beyond with guiding me in the most productive and efficient direction for my own personal needs.
